Information needed for your order
We use your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, selected products and payment status to process your order, arrange delivery and provide support. Necessary information is shared with PayFast, our supplier and delivery providers. PayFast handles card details; this shop does not collect or store your card number.
Google Cloud/Firebase hosts the shop and order records. Technical logs help us operate and secure the service. Essential browser storage saves your cart, privacy choice and access to your payment confirmation. Order information is retained as needed for fulfilment, legal and accounting duties and dispute resolution; unnecessary information is deleted or anonymised.
Optional Google Ads measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement”, Google Ads cookies help us attribute visits and confirmed paid orders to advertising. We send a unique order reference, currency and merchandise value excluding delivery. We do not send your name, email, phone number, address, payment access token or WhatsApp message content in these advertising events. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are disabled.
Google advertising tags load only after you allow measurement. Choose “No thanks” to shop without them. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings on any shop page. This does not affect checkout. Consent-based browser measurement may not record every order, for example when it is declined or blocked.
Google may process technical advertising information outside South Africa under its applicable safeguards and terms. Read Google’s privacy policy. The shop also uses overseas hosting providers where necessary to deliver the service, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@ameva.co.za to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or raise a privacy concern. Applicable legal retention requirements may limit deletion.
