Effective 2 November 2026. These terms cover blank merchandise bought at shop.ameva.co.za. Any applicable statutory consumer rights prevail.

Ameva and your order

Review product, colour, size, quantity, delivery address and the total before submitting payment. You may correct your details or leave checkout before paying. Your order reference and payment status are available on the payment-return page; contact us for a copy of your order record.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and cover blank products in the selected variant. The displayed price is the amount charged for that variant; no additional tax is added at checkout. Shipping is R99 per order. Optional branding, design and setup are quoted separately and only proceed after agreement.

Payment is processed securely by PayFast. Ameva does not collect card numbers on this website. Checkout validates current catalogue pricing and stock. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to agree an alternative or provide the refund required by law.

Delivery and branding

Choose direct delivery of blanks or routing to Ameva for branding. Direct blank delivery is estimated at 2–3 days within South Africa. It is not a guaranteed deadline. Full details appear in our delivery policy.

Branding orders require a separate specification, quote and artwork approval. Embroidery production takes 3–4 business days after payment, items and artwork approval are all received. We confirm the delivery timeline for that order separately. Supplier photographs may show branding examples; logos shown in those examples are not included in your blank order.

Cancellation, returns and problems

Our returns and refunds policy covers eligible seven-day online cancellations, personalised-goods exceptions and applicable defective-goods remedies. No term here excludes a non-excludable right. Tell us promptly about wrong, damaged or missing goods so we can resolve the issue.

Privacy and disputes

We use your contact and delivery information to fulfil and support the order, including sharing necessary details with payment and delivery providers. See our privacy notice. South African law applies. Contact Ameva first for assistance; your right to approach an appropriate consumer body or court is preserved.

Supplier-made and minimum-order products

Items marked “Quote required” have supplier manufacturing or minimum-order conditions. Their displayed unit prices are indicative; confirm the specification, minimum quantity, final price and delivery date with Ameva before paying. The standard 2–3 business day blank-delivery estimate does not apply to these products.
